Taylor

Hi, my name is Taylor, and I am a very loving and beautiful 3 year old female shepherd mix. I once had a family but one day they decided that they didn’t want me anymore and so they brought me to this park to play. I was having a fun time with them playing and I turned around for a minute and could not find them. I looked all over but could not find them. I stayed in the park for a long time, walking back and forth waiting for them to come back and get me. I stayed in the same park for 2 weeks just walking around. I didn’t want to leave in case they came back to pick me up,  but they never did.  I didn’t want anyone to get me so I just kept walking and running and hiding. I walked so much that my paws became ripped and sore and so tender that I couldn’t even touch them to the ground. That was when a  really nice lady finally caught me and brought me to her home. I was very badly infested with fleas and not very comfortable, but she cleaned me and fed me and brought me to the shelter that I am in now. I get along with children and other dogs and weigh about 55 lbs. I am spayed and vetted and housebroken. I would love to have a real loving family, one that won’t abandon me in the park.

Mom and dad say “Other than being a little anxious over all the new sights and smells, she eventually became comfortable enough to lie on the sofa.  Also, there were no problems going to sleep at night.  She even joined us in bed at one point… J  Yesterday, we had a BBQ over at my mother-in-law’s house and all the dogs got along well.  At one point, they were all wrestling with each other. So as you can see, so far so good.  Jia is going to be a great addition to our family.  Thanks you for taking care of her and all of her buddies at Pet Rescue. ”
