This is the precious princess Sara Lee. You can see that she has the sweetness of a Lab and the majesty of a Great Dane. She is between 6-7 years old and has lived her entire life at an animal shelter. She has endured tragedy after tragedy as first her human parent died and one by one her canine companions have either passed away or have been adopted. She is the social butterfly of the shelter, always welcoming the newcomers with her easygoing and playful disposition.  Although she has enjoyed the company of all of her beaus, her favorite, Mr. Peanut, just left her to go to his forever home. So, now this princess is all alone. She misses Peanut desperately as they were inseparable, playing tug of war and chasing each other for hours and hours until night fall when they would curl up together to go to sleep for the night.  Even though she is a volunteer  favorite, she just keeps getting  passed over for her younger and  smaller  furry friends. Her silky black coat, her laughing eyes and her cheery smile unnoticed.  She would love to find her forever home. She is adoring and happy and such a fun companion. She gets along with other dogs, all people and will be great with kids too!.
