Rima

Rima

After the unexpected death of one of my other dogs in 2008, Rima was adopted. This was quite a change for my canine family as I have always had male dogs and we were known in the community and among friends as “Betsy And the Boys”. I was told when I first met Rima at the shelter that she was very shy. That lasted about a whole hour! She immediately began rough-housing with her brothers and in no time became one the fellas.  Rima, if not supervised, will eat underwear, soap, and remote controls, and has been known to surf the kitchen countertops for any morsel of food that has been left behind. She also enjoys testing the pet toy manufacturer claims that a toy is indestructable. Rima has just completed obedience training and has started attending local pet events in hopes of socializing her a bit more outside of her comfortable home surroundings.
