My name is Bruno and I am a 5yo, male German Shepherd. I have a sad history which I will tell you about. When I was first rescued I was about 30 lbs underweight from being horribly neglected by my owners. I had bleeding sores all over my body from scratching from fleas  and my ears were so badly infected  that after 3 months of treatment I had to have my ear canals taken out. But I would have died otherwise, so I guess that is a small price to pay. My wonderful foster mom rescued me and spent soooooo much money  nursing me back to health, including my ear surgery. I had to live in a teensy,weensy bathroom for 3 months while I was recuperating. Finally, I was ready to come out and join the world again and there is a pix of me playing with a lab puppy friend that I had. The last picture of me is how I look today……….I am a big, 97-lb lover boy and although my foster mom loves me to death, I really need to find my own forever home bc she has many, many other friends of mine that she has to take care of. If you are worried about my hearing loss, don’t be, because I have a perfect sniffer and eyes and I am still a great watchdog for my mom! I love to walk and am great on a leash. I get along with dogs, kids, and cats don’t bother me either.
