Reese(fka Emily) was running wild with her girlfriend Rima in a schoolyard. Her rescuer watched in horror as the security guard chased them down with his golf cart attempting to run them off the property. They both ran over to the rescuer with lots of love and kisses, so obviously loving and friendly dogs. They went back to Pet Rescue and were all cleaned up and fed and taken care of until new homes could be found.

We adopted Reese (fka Emily) on April 21, 2008. After losing a pet I had for 14 years, I needed time to heal. After 6 months we started searching the internet and came across Reese. She had such an innocent face that we knew we needed to meet her. We drove down to Miami and I knew instantly that she would be coming home with us.
Reese fits in our family perfectly. She is gentle, loving, sweet and caring. With my 2 year old son and my over-sized cat Winston, she is the perfect match for us. Winston and Reese are truly best friends. I never knew I could love a dog again like I did with my first, but after having Reese, I realized I could. I couldn’t have asked for a better ‘furry daughter!”
