Newman was found dumped on Miami Beach 4 months ago. A Good Sam found him and brought him to a vet office where he has sat for all these months. He doesn't have a rescue group, just a compassionate animal lover who pays his boarding there so that he wasn't taken to animal control.  Everyday she goes to walk him. And every day he cries when she puts him back into his kennel. This is no life for him. He is such a sweetie and weighs about 38 pounds. He is two years old and loves to play with other dogs. This Good Sam did all the vetting for him also. He is so ready to get out of there.
