Bart

Bart was running on Krome Avenue about 1year ago with a companion after they had been dumped out of a truck on the road. They were running up to all the cars and putting their faces to the windows as if to say “can you take me home”. It was so pathetic and a thank goodness for Bart, there was an animal loving good samaritan in traffic that day and she opened the car door and they hopped in.. After living for 8 months in her home as a foster , we finally found him a great home…….we thought. But it appears that Bart has not been that happy there and the owners complain that he has separation anxiety when they leave. We have done everything to advise them including offering to pay for a trainer but they won’t do anything to help him. In the original rescue home, he was with several other dogs, even little chihauhau’s and he was just fine. Not exhibiting any of these “behaviors”. He is friendly, loves other dogs, loves people. Doesn’t dig or jump fences. He is under 2 years old and is in dire need of a new home or rescue who will love him.  Unfortunately, the original good samaritan  who took him off the street and saved his life, can not take him back because of a personal medical issue. Bart has nowhere to go……….. Please help Bart find him the home that he deserves. He is a handsome boy with so much love to give. He has proven that.
